These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phpear operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.
Each player may hold only one phpear account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

3.1 The phpear Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Restriction: phpear strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. phpear cooperates fully with PAGCOR in reporting underage gambling incidents.
3.2 phpear reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phpear may result in Account suspension.
4.1 To access the full features of the phpear Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
4.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) phpear Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpear reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phpear will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
4.4 You must notify phpear immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. phpear's support team is available 24/7 via live chat.
phpear is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a UMID, passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID) before your Account is fully activated and before any withdrawal is processed. phpear reserves the right to suspend Account activity pending completion of KYC verification.
4.6 You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
5.1 phpear accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
5.2 phpear does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly prohibited.
5.3 All deposits are subject to phpear's anti-money laundering checks. phpear reserves the right to delay or refuse any deposit that triggers its fraud detection systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's verified GCash account or Philippine bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phpear targets processing of withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending investigations on the Account. phpear does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
5.5 phpear reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
5.6 Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.1 phpear may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 phpear reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. phpear also reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.
6.4 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
7.1 All games available on the phpear Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

10.1 All content on the phpear Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of phpear or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpear Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
10.3 The phpear name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of phpear. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.2 phpear's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phpear Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phpear does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpear will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phpear's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phpear reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, phpear reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account, subject to applicable law.
12.3 You may close your phpear Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after Account closure.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phpear Platform shall first be submitted to phpear's customer support team for informal resolution. phpear will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 phpear operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
